It was a more bumpy than predicted this morning so we set up a little short of where we have been fishing. It was a fairly slow start with only 8 or 9 fish the first hour. Got a call from a buddy that was out further and doing well. We pulled lines and headed that way. We set up on the edge of the bar off of Thomas rd and trolled down wind. After setting up it was non-stop action until we had a 32 fish limit.

Another fun fishing trip with Marc Greg and Ken this morning. We started off on the inside edge of the bar and one pass had 16 fish. The wind switch to the northeast as we turned around and headed south for our second pass. Our second pass didn’t not amount to much only catching one or two fish. We made a move to the center of the slot in 18 to 20 feet of water and finished up with 24 fish for the guys. We caught our fish on a mix of crawler harnesses suspended and on the bottom as well as a few fish on crank baits.

Killer morning this morning with Marc Greg and Ken. We set up in the center of the slot out in front of the marina and trolled Northeast until we run out of fish. Only got a few rods in before we had our first first fish on. It was a struggle all morning just to get rods in the water. We had fast and furious action most of the morning and it didn’t take us long to get out four-man limit of walleye. Crawler harnesses in 17 to 18 feet of water on the bottom did it again.
